Delivery

We cannot wait to work with you to create something magical and new.

We have a minimum spend for bespoke work (with gemstones) £4,000. We can meet you in person or our virtual studio.

Step One

Your Budget

The first step is to discuss your budget with us. This will help us to understand your needs and constraints, and to ensure that we are able to create a piece of jewellery that is both beautiful and affordable.

Step Two

Initial Ideas & Inspiration

Once we have a good understanding of your budget, we will start to discuss your initial ideas and inspiration. What kind of piece of jewellery are you looking for? What metals and gemstones are you interested in? What kind of style do you prefer? The more information you can give us, the better.

Step Three

Ideas & Designs Suited to Your Vision

Once we have a good understanding of your initial ideas, we will start to develop some more specific ideas and designs. We will work with you closely to ensure that the final design is exactly what you are looking for.

Step Four

Overview of Service, Timelines & Expectations

Once we have finalised the design, we will provide you with an overview of our bespoke personal service, timelines and expectations. We will discuss the manufacturing process, the estimated delivery time, and any other important details.

After Design Consultation-Designing and sourcing

Once we have finalised the design of your bespoke piece of jewellery, the next steps in the process are as follows:

Step Five

Sourcing Gemstones & Precious Materials

We will source the highest quality gemstones and precious materials for your piece of jewellery. We work with a network of trusted suppliers to ensure that we get the best possible quality at the best possible price.

Step Six

Drafting a Design Brief

We will draft a design brief to ensure that we are all on the same page and that your vision for the piece is fully understood. The design brief will include all of the details of the design, such as the type of metal, the type and size of gemstones, and any other specific requirements.

Step Seven

Receiving a Quote

Once we have the design brief in place, we will provide you with a quote for your bespoke piece of jewellery. The quote will include the cost of the materials, the cost of the labour, and any other relevant costs.

We require a 50% deposit before any design work starts.

The rest of the 50% of the jewellery comes on the day of completion of the jewellery and it will be shown to you via video and picture.

Step Eight

C.A.D Renders

Using CAD technology, we will create a series of 3D renders of your piece of jewellery. This will give you a good idea of what the final piece will look like from every angle.

Gems: A visual love letter to gifted jewellery

Gems: A visual love letter to gifted jewellery (filmed at Hampton Court Palace)-through intimate conversations, we delve into the intricate tapestry of memories and emotions, each piece a link to the person who gifted it. As these personal stories unfold, the film reveals how these treasures become vessels of love, identity, and enduring bonds, beautifully showcasing the profound impact that even the smallest gestures can have on our lives.

Step Nine

Organic Nature of The Design Process

The design process is organic and there may be some back and forth as we work to finalise the design. If you request any tweaks to be made to the design, this may lengthen the timeline for the design and approval process.

Step Ten

Artisan Craftsmanship

We are artisans and we take pride in our work. We want to give you the best quality piece of jewellery possible. This means that we may take some time to make your piece of jewellery, but we promise that it will be worth the wait.

Step Eleven

Timeline

The timeline for the bespoke fine jewellery process varies depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials. However, we will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate of the timeline when we provide you with the quote.

We understand that you may be eager to see your finished piece of jewellery, but we ask for your patience as we work to create something truly special.

Production time after design approval is normally 4-6 weeks. In busy periods, it can be up to 10 weeks. Please give yourself enough time before a proposal or holiday and plan ahead.

The recommended time would be 3 months from the start of the design consultation/thinking about getting a bespoke jewellery commission until it reaches your hands.

Here are some tips for planning ahead:

Have a specific date in mind?
Please communicate to Kassandra
as early on as possible.

If you are flexible with your timeline,
let Kassandra know so that she can accommodate your needs.

Keep in mind that busy periods,
such as the holidays, may result
in longer production times.

We understand that you may be eager to receive your finished piece of jewellery, but we ask for your patience as we work to create something truly special. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
